　This is made a base, Hatha yoga・Power yoga. And We are
developing a lot of kinds of classes.
　It's Shape-up yoga and Office yoga, Mama & Kids yoga
and Senior yoga, Temple yoga, Plateau yoga & Resort...etc

ハタ・ヨガ、パワー・ヨガをベースに多彩なクラスを展開！
シェイプアップ・ヨガ、オフィス・ヨガ、ママ＆キッズ・ヨガ
シニア・ヨガ、寺ヨガ、高原ヨガなど。

　It enjoys the choreography of a wide genre like the Jazz Funk etc.
and the body control that is basic of the dance.

ダンスの基本となるボディーコントロールからジャズ・ファンクなど
幅広いジャンルの振り付けを楽しみます！
キッズクラスもあります！

　Exercise for health, yoga and chair yoga are being put into effect for aged people.
Qualification of a nursing prevention yoga was also acquired recently.
It's being put into effect now.

　健康体操、シニアヨガ、チェアヨガ(車椅子でも可能)のクラスがあります。
シニア介護予防ヨガの資格も取得し、老人ホームで体験会を行いました。
